 The World of the Concierge

 

The program will train & certify individuals for the titled position of Concierge within any hotel, luxury residential property, corporation, cruise line and any other organization within the Hospitality, Tourism and Concierge industry.

This course examines the profession of Concierges as hospitality & tourism professionals that are trained to be the representative of goodwill for their hotel property and "guest relations" expert in providing personalized "five star service" to travelers coming into the City.

The Concierge plays a vital role in the hotel's daily operations and its work is a dedicated profession that will allow for growth and promotion to management positions within the hotel's many front office and back office  departments.

Upon successful completion of the course and internship, the student will receive the following issued by the HTCA- Hospitality Tourism & Concierge Alliance: 

  • Certification Certificate -"Certified Concierge Professional" - CCP
  • National certification issued by HTC Alliance.  Recognized by the Hospitality & Tourism industry and is a "Distinction of Excellence"
  • Certificate of Completion
  • Letter of Recognition
  • Lapel Pin - CCP-Certified Concierge Professional Designation
  • Lapel Pin - CTA-Certified Tourism Ambassador
  • INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
  • Membership with the HTC Alliance - www.htcalliance.org
  • Ongoing access to Hospitality Events, invitation to complimentary services/products from hospitality & tourism organizations such as Restaurants, Museums, Tours, Airlines, Hotels, etc.
